Hospice care can dramatically and positively impact the quality of life. The goal is to empower the individual by providing knowledge and information to facilitate decision-making. Our team is composed of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, home health aides, pharmacists, medical social workers, counselors/chaplains, and volunteers to help carry out the individual’s care plan. Our clinical staff members are also experts in pain control and symptom management. They are committed to the education of patients and caregivers. Counseling and spiritual support services are available to the patient as well as the family members.
